GeoCheckTool is operated by Super Language (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.. The company is responsible for the service, customer support, contracting, and billing under the GeoCheckTool brand.
What does GEO mean here?
GEO means generative engine optimization. It does not mean geographic information systems, IP geolocation, geological testing, or geo-blocking.

How does the free Quick Diagnosis work?
Each account can run one free Quick Diagnosis after sign-in. Quick selects up to 4 confirmed buyer questions and uses n=3 repeated samples per selected question and available surface.
How does Formal Diagnosis work?
Each Formal Diagnosis batch costs 200 credits, covers up to 8 customer-selected questions, and uses n=5 repeated samples per selected question and available surface. Unavailable and not-run surfaces remain explicit.
What are the current credit and Monitor prices?
Starter is a $9 one-time purchase for 200 credits. Pro is a $29 one-time purchase for 800 credits. Power is a $79 one-time purchase for 2,400 credits. Monitor is $29 monthly for 800 credits per completed billing period.
Which providers and AI-search surfaces does GeoCheckTool observe?
The current method uses Perplexity Sonar through OpenRouter as a RAG/API observation, Google AI Overview observed through SerpApi as a search-result surface, and in Formal a web-grounded OpenAI gpt-4o-mini route through OpenRouter server web search using Exa. These are not signed-in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot consumer sessions.
Does a missing optional surface count as zero?
No. Answered, no-surface, not-run, timeout, rate-limited, invalid, and provider-failed states remain separate. Partial coverage is not presented as complete.
Does GeoCheckTool publish changes or third-party content automatically?
No. GeoCheckTool prepares reviewable website and source-action packages. It does not take over a customer CMS, register third-party accounts, pay platform fees, send outreach, or publish external content automatically.
Does GeoCheckTool guarantee mentions, citations, rankings, or growth?
No. Publication, crawling, indexing, ranking, AI mention, AI citation, recommendation, conversion, and business improvement are separate states. GeoCheckTool does not guarantee any of them, and one sample does not establish a stable result or prove causation.
How do sign-in, billing, refunds, privacy, and support work?
Google and passwordless email-link sign-in are available. Paddle is the merchant of record. The current Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Contact page are the controlling public references for account, data, billing, refund, and support questions.
