1. Acceptance of Terms

GeoCheckTool ("Service") is owned and operated by Super Language (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (超级语言（北京）科技有限公司) ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing and using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement between you and Super Language (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd..

1A. Business Relationship

GeoCheckTool is a product and service line of Super Language (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.. The same legal entity is responsible for operating the Service, billing, contracting, and customer support.

2. Description of Service

GeoCheckTool provides repeated-sample GEO diagnosis and action tools. Users confirm business facts and buyer questions, review answer and citation evidence, and may receive persisted website repair and source-building packages. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

The Service is operated by Super Language (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. under the GeoCheckTool brand. Legal and support questions can be sent to [email protected].

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payment and Credits

Some features require credits, which can be purchased through our payment provider, Paddle. Credits are delivered to your account after successful payment confirmation and can be used for Formal Diagnosis batches. Each Formal batch freezes up to 8 selected questions, uses n=5 repeated samples per available surface, and reserves 200 credits. During Beta, partial, failed, cancelled, or not-run coverage releases that reservation. Credits do not expire and are non-transferable. Every one-time purchase and each subscription charge is eligible for a full refund when requested within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. This refund right has no exceptions or conditions and is not affected by whether credits have been granted or used. See our Refund Policy for request instructions.

4A. AI Visibility Reports

Formal Diagnosis reports are measurement outputs, not ranking guarantees. Unless a report explicitly says otherwise, answer rows are API probes and are not login-state measurements from consumer AI apps. Perplexity Sonar may be observed through OpenRouter / RAG API, Google AI Overview may be observed via SerpApi when available, and a web-grounded OpenRouter route is labeled as such. These are not signed-in consumer UI measurements.

Reports may identify uncovered engines, failed provider calls, and unavailable data sources. We do not fill missing measurements with favorable default values.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Use automated scripts to access the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

Content generated by the Service using your input belongs to you. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, remains our property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
