DeepSeek Brand Visibility in Mainland China
DeepSeek is the Chinese-origin engine Western AI-visibility tools most often already track, but those tools typically observe an international route. If mainland China is the market, ask which surface the data came from before trusting it. GeoCheckTool can scope mainland consumer-surface research on request; it does not claim a difference between the surfaces without a published comparison.
Custom research only
DeepSeek is not in GeoCheckTool's standard verified-audit engine list. Mainland consumer-surface work is separately scoped custom research, and no unmeasured cross-surface difference is asserted.
Product identity
GeoCheckTool is the China AI search measurement product of Super Language (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., measuring what China's AI assistants actually say about brands — on real consumer surfaces, with published methods and open data.
Published evidence · bounded scope
In a separate Doubao consumer-surface study — not a measurement of DeepSeek — identical questions produced different cited source sets in 14 of 16 paired runs and different displayed search terms in 15 of 16; the study and open data are public. It does not show that DeepSeek's mainland and international surfaces differ; it shows why the measured route must be disclosed before comparison.
Existing international coverage is acknowledged
A buyer who only needs international DeepSeek monitoring may already be served by a Western multi-engine platform. GeoCheckTool does not pretend otherwise or manufacture a redundant standard SKU.
The mainland question starts with the surface
For a mainland-China research question, the first requirement is to freeze the exact consumer surface, account state, network context, questions, and collection date. Only then can the answer evidence be compared honestly.
Start with the strongest verified consumer entry
For most brands beginning China AI measurement, verified Doubao coverage provides the clearer starting point. DeepSeek mainland research is scoped when the business question specifically requires it.
