1. Overview
GeoCheckTool sells one-time credit packs for GEO audits, AI search visibility checks, and AI Overviews-only checks. Credits are consumed when a check is started and AI provider requests are made.
2. Free Trial Before Purchase
New users receive free credits after Google sign-in, so you can test the service before buying a paid credit pack. We recommend using the free checks first to confirm that the product fits your needs.
3. Paid Credit Packs
Paid credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits do not expire and stay available in your account until used.
4. Refund Eligibility
Because credits can be consumed immediately and AI provider costs are incurred when checks run, purchases are generally final and non-refundable. We may issue a refund or credit adjustment when:
- A duplicate charge occurred
- A payment was taken because of a confirmed technical billing error
- Credits were not delivered after a successful payment
- A refund is required by applicable consumer law
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not available when:
- Credits have already been used for completed checks
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You expected a specific AI engine to mention your brand
- AI results vary between runs due to normal model behavior
6. How to Request Help
If you believe a billing error occurred, contact us at [email protected] with the email used for purchase, the approximate purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Do not send card numbers or sensitive payment details by email.
7. Payment Processor
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle may send transaction receipts and handle tax calculation, invoicing, and payment-related compliance.
