Question and intent
What the buyer asked and which decision the answer should help them make.
Measurement framework
Measure AI search visibility as evidence from a defined cohort: frozen buyer questions, named observation routes, repeated samples, and separate answer and source states. The result is a reviewable baseline for a specific scope—not a universal cross-engine score or a promise of recommendation.
One free Quick Diagnosis per account
Enter the business, service area, and optional website. GeoCheckTool carries them into the official account-backed workflow, where you confirm facts and buyer questions before the one free Quick Diagnosis runs.
The intake opens the official GeoCheckTool workflow. You confirm Business Facts and buyer questions before any Quick run. No credit card is required for the one free Quick Diagnosis.
Start with questions that represent a real buyer need. Keep the wording, intent, locale, and inclusion rule visible so a later check can be compared to the same question.
Record the provider, interface or API route, access mode, locale, date, and method version. A web-grounded API result is not automatically a signed-in consumer-app result.
Use repeated samples for each selected question and available route. Preserve answered, no-surface, not-run, timeout, invalid, and provider-failed slots instead of turning them into a single number.
Keep literal mention, recommendation stance, cited URL, factual support, competitor alternatives, and question fit distinct. A citation is not automatically a recommendation or proof that the cited source supports the claim.
Use confirmed gaps to improve an existing official answer, create a distinct evidence unit, correct a fact, or prepare a legitimate source task. More pages and more prompts are not automatic remedies.
Publication, crawl, indexation, AI mention, citation, referral, Quick completion, and paid conversion are separate lifecycle states. Retest only against a comparable question, route, locale, and method.
A useful measurement record makes the evidence inspectable. It does not compress incomplete coverage, unavailable routes, mentions, citations, and outcomes into a single score.
What the buyer asked and which decision the answer should help them make.
The named surface, access mode, locale, date, and repeated-sample coverage.
Whether the brand was recognized, mentioned, recommended, excluded, or described inaccurately.
The cited URL, its status, and whether it supports the exact fact associated with it.
Which planned observations completed and which were unavailable, failed, or not comparable.
The confirmed gap, proposed repair, public verification, and later retest state without claiming causality.
Quick selects up to four confirmed questions and uses n=3 repeated samples per selected question and available route. It observes Perplexity Sonar through an OpenRouter RAG/API route and Google AI Overview through a SerpApi search-result route.
Those routes are not silently relabeled as signed-in consumer applications. Quick does not claim complete engine coverage, a stable rank, continuous monitoring, or a guaranteed change in mention, citation, recommendation, traffic, or conversion.
Define a stable set of real buyer questions and the specific AI-answer routes you intend to observe. A brand name or domain alone does not define whether an answer fits a buyer need or represents the business accurately.
No. A mention is a literal brand appearance in an observed answer. A citation is a displayed source reference. Record both separately, then check whether the cited source supports the exact claim in the answer.
No. Different surfaces, routes, access modes, locales, and samples can produce different answers. A useful report keeps those boundaries visible instead of representing an observed cohort as a stable universal rank or score.
Each account can run one free Quick Diagnosis after confirming business facts and buyer questions. Quick selects up to four questions and uses n=3 repeated samples per selected question and available route; it is a bounded baseline, not continuous consumer-app monitoring.
